Mindful Leadership to Build Resilience©

 

Within each of us is the potential to lead with excellence, to influence those around us in ways that truly make a positive difference to our organizations, our families, and our communities. Today, perhaps more than any other time in recent history, we need to be awake to our lives, to the impact each of us has on others and on the world around us.

 

 

But it’s hard to reach our potential for excellence when we are so distracted and busy. As we scurry through back-to-back meetings, fend off constant “emergency” interruptions, and scramble to react to change, we lose our resilience, both mental and physical, along with our ability to respond with clarity, creativity, and compassion.

 

 

This day long experiential workshop offers you simple instruction on the training of the mind inherent in mindful leadership, and on its practical application in our lives. You will experience meditation practices and reflections and explore the many ways to bring mindful leadership into your life-at work and at home.
